BAYANAN MALAMAI AKAN ISTIMNA'I (MASTURBATION)

Bayani yazo daga Sayyid Sabiq a littafinsa Fiqhus-
Sunan (cairo ed. 1987) (vol.2 p.581...583) yace:
Istimna'i yana vata xabi'a da tarbiyyar dake
tattare da xan Adam… sannan yace: Malaman fiqh
sun samu savani wajen bayanin matsalar, wasu
sun tafi kan cewa harmun ne muxlaqan, wasu
sunce haramunne a wasu matsalolin, sannan za su
iya wajabta a wasu (Wajib), a ya yin da wasu suka
ce ai istimna'i makaruhi ne.
Daga malaman da suka haramta istimna'i kai tsaye
sune ‘yan mazahabar Malikiya, Shafi'iyya…. Hujjarsu
kuwa kan haramtawar shi ne fadar Allah a cikin
suratul muminun aya ta biyar zuwa ta bakwai
cewa: "Kuma waxanda suke ga farjojinsu masu
tsarewa ne. Face a kan matan aurensu, ko abin da
hannayen damansu suka mallaka, to lalle su ba
waxanda ake zargi bane. Saboda haka wanda ya
nemi abin da ke bayan wancan, to waxannan sune
masu qetare haddi". Tom ni dai daliba ce amma na
fahimci cewa ayoyin na nuni ga cewa lalle ne ya
kamata ko ya wajaba mu tsare farjinmu sai ga
abin da hannun dama suka mallaka, misalin matar
aaure ta halal ko kuma baiwa, inko ka aikata wani
abu da farjinki/ka ba daga waxannan abubuwa ba,
to ka shiga cikin masu ketare haddi.
Dan haka ne su malaman suke ganin abin da yafi ga
mutum kawai yabi abin da Allah ya halasta masa,
ya kuma qauracewa waxanda aka haramta, koda
kuwa da kokwanto ne. Domin manzan Allah
(Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam) yace: “Da'a ma
yuribuka ila ma la yuribuka.... kabar abin da ka ke
kokwanto ya zuwa wanda baka kokwanto” .
A Mazahabar Hannafiya Su kuma sun tafi ne akan
cewa: eh sun yadda haram ne, amma haramcin zai
karfafa ne akan wasu a yayin da wasu za su sami
uzuri, saboda suna ga da mutum ya aikata zina ai
gara yai istimna'in yafi mai sauki... amma duk da
haka sunce haramci yana kan wanda kawai zai
aikata shi ne dan jin dadi. Amma sassaucin zai hau
kan wanda baida aure ne, yanayi kafin yasan illar
abun, amma da ya sani ya kamata yayi qoqarin
kiyayewa.
Sai Mazhabar Imam Ahmad bin Hambal (Hambaliya):
Suma dai sun ce haramunne sai dai in anyi ne dan
tseratar da kai daga faxawa harkar zinace zinace,
ko tsoron wani abu da zai cutar da lafiya ga
marasa aure kuma ba halinyi, to anyi mai
rangwame.
Wannan bayani kai tsaye ne ga maza da mata.
Ibn Jarir a wani bayanin da yai a Ikhtilaf Al Fuqaha
dinsa wanda ya xakko daga bayanan Al Sayyid al
Murtadha al Zabidi a kan rubutunsa na ihya’u
ulumud din (shafin farko na littafin kan maganar
aure, bangaren dake bayanin matsaloli da
mahimmancin aure) yace: Na karanta a littafi
game da bayanan vangarora na Ibn Jarir Ax-
Xabari, abun da yazo kan tambaya game da
istimna'i. Al- Ala Ibn Ziyad Ibn Matar (shafi 94)
yace: wannan yardajjen abu ne wanda mukayi a
sansanonanmu, wanda Muhammad Ibn Bashshar Al
Abdi ya sanar damu cewa Mu'adh Ibn Hisham Yace:
Yaji daga babansa daga qatada daga Al’ala: Al
Hassan Al Basri, Al- Dahhak Ibn Muzahin da mutane
masu yawa a tare dasu yace: Ibn Abbas Yace: Yafi
sauki da mutum ya aikata zina alhali yana da aure
ko beda shi, amma Auren baiwa yafi alkhairi daga
aikata hakan (wato da mutum yai istimna’i gara
ya auri baiwa, duk da shari na kyamar auren
baiwa), wannan ko ya nuna cewa lailai kam
istimna’i ba qaramin muni yake da shi ba!.
Anas Ibn Malik Yace: Duk wanda ya aikata wannan
aiki sam bai hallatta ba, wanda munji hakan daga
Magabata.
Sannan ga waxanda suka xau abin da Imam Shafi'i
yace: Lallai sun xauko ayyukansu daga Fadin Allah
Ta’ala cewa: Alladhinahum li furujihum hafizun…
Kuma waxanda suke ga farjojinsu masu tsarewa
ne.... sai aya ta shida da bakwai da ke cewa: face
akan matan aurensu, ko kuwa abin da hannayen
damansu suka mallaka, to lallai su ba waxanda
ake zargi bane.... saboda haka wanda ya nemi abin
da ke bayan wancan to waxannan sune masu
qetare haddi (iyaka).
Anan dai abin da ake so a nuna lallai fa mata da
baiwa sune ke da ko ka ke da damar gamsar da
kanka ta hanyar su, duk wani abu savanin haka to
bai hallata ka aikata shi ba.
